Consumers who, from 1 May 2023 to 18 June 2023, buy 1 Powerade soft drink in the 0.5L format in all available flavours, at the points of sale detailed under "AREA" (in the complete regulations), will be able to win, via instant win, no. 1 kit consisting of: a Babolat Air Vertuo padel racket + an M classic duffle bag.
Purchases in Sicily are excluded.
The competition provides two different ways of participating:
a) Participation via SMS
b) participation via WhatsApp®
In the event of a "non-winning" entry, the user will receive a convenience communication such as "You didn't win, thank you for participating. Try again with a new commercial sales document (receipt)".
In the event of a "winning" entry, you will receive the winning communication which will include the information you need to confirm your win and obtain your prize.
Possible recovery draw by 14 July 2023
At the end of the competition, in the event of unawarded and/or unconfirmed prizes, the computer system manager will provide 1 self-certified printout (paper or electronic) containing the mobile phone numbers of all those who have participated in the competition, but which have not already been drawn for an instant win prize, with the relative data of the commercial sales documents (receipts)/purchase receipts transmitted by each.
From this tabulation, in the presence of the Chamber of Commerce Officer or the Notary, as many participations will be drawn as there are "instant win" prizes not assigned or not confirmed and as many reserves.
