Our factories: Oricola

Located on the Cavaliere Plain, on the border between Abruzzo and Lazio, the Oricola plant has been in operation since 1988.   As of today, the plant has six active production lines (PET, cans, BIB, and MBIB) for the production of beverages (Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Kinley, and Monster).

A jewel of modern industry, this plant was among the first production sites in Italy to use 100% recyclable PET, and more than 30 years later, it was among the first in Italy to use 100% recycled PET for soft drink bottles, reaffirming its status as a center of technological excellence and sustainability.

In addition to beverages under The Coca-Cola Company brand, the plant produces and distributes Monster beverages for the Italian market.

In line with the company’s objectives, the site stands out for its particular focus on reducing its environmental impact, thanks to the installation of photovoltaic panels and a cogeneration plant that allows it to independently generate the energy needed to power its production lines.
