Our commitments

Our commitments

We are committed to offering the best products, responsibly.

Responsible marketing

We have voluntarily adhered to the Code of Conduct of ASSOBIBE (National Association of Non-Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturers), drawn up according to the guidelines of the corresponding European association UNESDA (Union of European Soft Drinks Associations), which provide indications regarding marketing and promotions for conscious consumption.

These are four main commitments through which we are committed to offering the best products, in a responsible way.

We offer low-calorie or calorie-free alternatives

To expand consumer choice, we continue to add new low-calorie or calorie-free alternatives to our product range. In addition, many beverages have been redesigned to contain less sugar and fewer calories.

WE IMPROVE OUR RESPONSIBLE MARKETING AND ADVERTISING PRACTICES

We will not engage in marketing or advertising directed at children under the age of 13. For this reason, we do not buy more than 35% of advertising space expressly aimed at an audience of this age.

We intensify our efforts to ensure strict school policies

We believe that parents should decide what their children should eat or drink, which is why we have strict policies for the sale and promotion of our products in schools:

  • In elementary schools, we do not sell our products directly to distributors, nor do we carry out promotional and sampling activities
  • In middle and high schools, we are committed to encouraging the sale of a wide range of beverages (including water and other soft drinks) with reduced or no caloric content, in refrigerators without logos or commercial communications.

We have clear nutritional information on the packaging

We provide clear information on the calorie content of products to help consumers make informed choices about their overall calorie intake. Since 2006 we have decided to report nutritional information on packaging, adding GDAs (Guideline Daily Amount) on labels, with immediate indications on calorie intake, but also on the content of sugars, fats, saturated fats and salt.
