We take care of our employees' well-being through corporate welfare systems: 12 remote work days per month, free membership in the FASA Contractual Health Care Fund, and the Employee Assistance Program, an anonymous and free service where employees can get in touch with specialists available 24/7 who can provide employees and family members with psychological support in reference to both personal and work-related issues.
On the subject of safety, in recent years we have strengthened tools for the prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses, identifying improvement actions in the area of Health&Safety, thanks in part to employee input and a widespread culture of safety in the company.
