Every day we strive to create a stimulating, inclusive and safe workplace in which our people can recognize and fulfill themselves, in line with our company's values.

That is why we are committed to training and developing the talents of our people.

Training and skills development takes place through dedicated cross-functional programs: the Fast Forward Program, to strengthen the leadership of high-potential employees; the Internal Coaching and Internal Mentoring Programs, with more than 300 mentors and 100 coaches from around the world; the Opportunity Market platform, where cross-functional teams are formed on vertical projects; and the International Leadership Trainee, which in 2024 involved 15 young people from different nations, including one Italian, in a path through which to fill different roles in business at the international level.


Wellness and safety

In 2024, we were recognized as a Top Employer for the ninth consecutive year. We take care of our employees' well-being through corporate welfare systems: 12 remote work days per month, free membership in the FASA Contractual Health Care Fund, and the Employee Assistance Program, an anonymous and free service where employees can get in touch with specialists available 24/7 who can provide employees and family members with psychological support in reference to both personal and work-related issues.

On the subject of safety, in recent years we have strengthened tools for the prevention of occupational injuries and illnesses, identifying improvement actions in the area of Health&Safety, thanks in part to employee input and a widespread culture of safety in the company.



Inclusion and recognition

We are committed to breaking down barriers between people in the workplace to foster an environment of listening, understanding and mutual inspiration. We share and promote a culture of recognition, raising awareness of behaviors that foster collaboration and teamwork among our people.

As further evidence of our commitment to establishing a culture of recognition and respect in the company, in 2024 we published the Manifesto for Inclusive Language “With the Right Words.” The Manifesto stems from the testimonies collected in 8 focus groups organized in the company's production facilities, with the sales force and at headquarters, involving more than 200 colleagues with different personal and professional profiles.



+1000 people voluntarily participated in the training sessions introducing the Manifesto.

All of this leads to tangible results: after obtaining gender parity certification by IDEM in 2022, in 2024 we started a series of activities and analysis aimed at starting the path to obtaining parity certification under UNI/PDR 125:2022.
