All consumers who, from 8 August 2023 to 3 September 2023, purchase (with a single commercial sales document-receipt) at least € 3.00 of soft drinks of their choice from those detailed under the heading "PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE PROMOTION" (see the complete regulations), at the "MD" stores, will be able to win, via instant win, n. 1 KitchenAid ARTISAN Food Processor or n. 100 digital MD Shopping Vouchers worth € 50.00 (fifty) each.
To participate in the competition, consumers who have made the purchase must send from 00:00:00 on 8 August 2023 and until 23:59:59 on 3 September 2023, from a clear number, to the dedicated number 339.9958863 an SMS or a WhatsApp® message with the data of the commercial sales document (receipt) separated by an asterisk.
Entries sent via SMS and WhatsApp® message automatically activate the computer system which, with an unprogrammed random method, assigns 1 KitchenAid food processor per day and 100 digital MD Shopping Vouchers worth € 50.00 each per week, for a total of 427 prizes for the entire duration of the competition.
The assignment of immediate prizes (instant win) will take place through a tamper-proof software, specially programmed for random assignment.
The system will verify the validity of the data of the commercial sales document (receipt) sent and in the event of a positive outcome, it will randomly determine whether the participation is winning or not.
In the event of a "non-winning" entry, the user will receive a convenience communication such as "You didn't win, thank you for participating. Try again with a new commercial sales document (receipt)".
In the event of a "winning" entry, you will receive a notification of your winnings, which will include an indication of the prize you have won and information you will need to confirm your win and obtain your prize.
