PRIZE COMPETITION "CASH & CARRY FANTA AND SPRITE"

All customers with a VAT number who, from 15 April 2024 to 31 May 2024, at the "cash & carry" stores, purchase at the same time (with a single invoice) n. 2 cases (including mixed) of Fanta and/or Sprite drinks, to be chosen from all the available flavors and formats, can participate in the competition. Purchases in Sicily are excluded.

All customers with a VAT number who, from 15 April 2024 to 31 May 2024, at the "cash & carry" stores, purchase at the same time (with a single invoice) n. 2 cases (including mixed) of Fanta and/or Sprite drinks, to be chosen from all the available flavors and formats, can participate in the competition. Purchases in Sicily are excluded.

With the same invoice you can participate only once. Any subsequent participations will be possible with different invoices. To participate in the competition, VAT holders who have made the purchase must send from 00:00:00 on 15 April 2024 and until 23:59:59 on 31 May 2024, from a clear number, to the dedicated number 320.2041887 an SMS or a WhatsApp® message with the invoice data separated by an asterisk, as detailed below:

- Date in ddmm format between 15.04 and 31.05
- Total invoice amount, including cents without periods or commas
- Full invoice number (both numbers and any letters), without separating characters.

As an example, for a purchase made on 10/05/2024 for a total amount of € 125.80 with invoice no. FE0010/008523, the SMS or WhatsApp® message must be written as follows: 1005*12580*FE0010008523)

The message constructed differently is not considered valid by the system.

Entries sent via SMS and WhatsApp® message automatically activate the computer system which, using an unscheduled random method, assigns the prize up for grabs every week for a total of 7 prizes over the duration of the competition.

It should be noted that any prize not awarded during a week will be put up for grabs again in the following week, until the end of the competition.

The assignment of immediate prizes (instant win) will take place through a tamper-proof software, specially programmed for random assignment.
In this regard, the manager of the computer system has issued a self-certified expert report on the correct functioning of the system to guarantee public good faith.

The system will verify the validity of the invoice data sent and if successful, it will randomly determine whether the participation is winning or not.

In the event of a "non-winning" entry, the user will receive a convenience communication such as "You didn't win, thank you for participating. Try again with a new invoice".

In the event of a "winning" entry, you will receive the winning communication which will include the information you need to confirm your win and obtain your prize.
