From 1 July 2024 to 30 September 2024 , consumers who purchase 1 500 ml can of Monster Energy, to choose from all available flavors, at the Points of Sale with the "Penny Market" sign and on the www.pennyacasa.it website in the areas where the online shopping service is active, will be able to try to win, through instant win, n.1 a Monster branded kit consisting of n. 1 gaming chair + n. 1 mini cooler.
To participate in the competition, consumers who have made the purchase, between 00:00:00 on 1 July 2024 and 23:59:59 on 30 September 2024, must:
- connect to the monsterenergyhouse.com/zonagaming2024 site and register by entering all the required personal data (name - surname - e-mail - telephone number - date of birth) or log in if already registered on the www.monsterenergyhouse.com site;
- accept the terms of the regulation and read the privacy policy contained therein.
Once the registration has been successful, the user will receive an e-mail containing a link to click to confirm the registration and log in.
Once logged in, it will be necessary to access the section dedicated to the competition and enter the data of the commercial sales document (receipt)/receipt of the purchase in the appropriate fields provided.
The entries sent automatically activate the computer system which, with an unscheduled random method, assigns the 4 prizes up for grabs each month, for a total of 12 prizes over the duration of the competition.
The assignment of immediate prizes (instant win) will take place through a tamper-proof software, specially programmed for random assignment.
The system will verify the validity of the data of the commercial sales document (receipt)/purchase receipt sent and in the event of a positive outcome, it will randomly determine whether the participation is winning or not.
In the event of a "non-winning" entry, the user will receive a convenience communication such as "You didn't win, thank you for participating. Try again with a new commercial sales document (receipt)/purchase receipt".
In the event of a "winning" entry, you will receive the winning communication which will include the information you need to confirm your win and obtain your prize.
