In the event of a "non-winning" entry, the user will receive a convenience communication such as "you did not win, thank you for participating.
In the event of a "winning" entry, you will receive the winning communication which will include the information you need to confirm your win and obtain your prize. The user must send within 5 days of winning, by letter.
