Di Michele will be responsible for leading Coca-Cola HBC Italia's People strategy, developing paths that ensure the growth of people and their skills to respond to market challenges, in line with a corporate vision oriented towards inclusion and listening.

One of the key pillars of the company's People & Culture strategy is its extensive development programs aimed at increasing the skills of employees. In 2022, more than 50,000 hours of training and orientation courses were provided to more than 1,600 people.

The format has also been extended to other company functions, such as the DTPS (Digital and Technology Platform Services) team with its Academy, aimed at acquiring digital, cross-functional and leadership skills. In addition, the Supply Chain Academy was recently inaugurated, a cross-departmental development program divided into modules that aims to strengthen the skills of employees in the technical function, enhance their talent and provide updates on innovations in the Supply Chain sector.

"I am enthusiastic and excited for this new professional chapter. My commitment will be aimed at enhancing people's talent and spreading a corporate culture based on those values and behaviors necessary to win the challenges of the future," says Federica Di Michele, People & Culture Director of Coca-Cola HBC Italia. Federica, 41, from Cantù (Como), has gained a solid profile by holding roles of increasing responsibility. She joined Coca-Cola HBC Italia in 2007 as Talent Coordinator and subsequently held various positions in the field of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and as HR Business Partner for commercial functions.
