Income power, work-life balance and professional development are the plastrums on which the initiatives introduced in the agreement are based and intended for the company's people who work at the headquarters in Sesto San Giovanni, in the production plants located throughout the country and in the sales force.
As part of the profitability power, the new supplementary agreement provides for a progressive increase in the production bonus (PPO) up to €2,710 in 2025 and the value of company meal vouchers up to €10.5 in 2025, as well as the doubling of the attendance allowance for factory staff working in shifts. The company, in view of the excellent results achieved, is also committed to disbursing a sum that supplements 100% of the 2022 production bonus to all colleagues who can benefit from it. This part of the agreement also includes the Energy Green Bonus, an incentive aimed at promoting sustainable mobility among employees at the Sesto San Giovanni office, who will be granted a lump sum aimed at encouraging home-work travel by means of transport with a lower environmental impact.
"People are the basis of our success and the engine of our growth, which is why we have the responsibility to take care of them, promoting not only a fair, inclusive and safe work environment, but also committing ourselves to a correct balance between private and professional life," says Federica Di Michele, People and Culture Director of Coca-Cola HBC ItaliaIn line with our vision of being the 24/7 leader in the beverage sector, with this agreement just signed, which leverages increasingly robust industrial relationships, we take a further step forward in the path already undertaken which sees collaboration, care for others, constant growth and, more generally, the strength of the team, one of its founding values".
In the field of work-life balance, the new supplementary agreement has introduced the possibility, for the commercial figures of Business Developers, to make use of the Golden Bonus up to a progressive maximum of 3 days per year, i.e. personal time spaces to devote to their needs that can be chosen as an alternative to an economic contribution.
Finally, focusing on the professional development of all Coca-Cola HBC Italia people, the agreement also includes a chapter for the fight against gender discrimination and mobbing, with concrete measures to promote an inclusive and non-discriminatory work environment. There will therefore be initiatives and training on diversity inclusion, webinars on cyberbullying and wise use of social networks, moments of updating on Human Rights policies and the confirmation of a training week dedicated to issues related to Ethics & Compliance. Training people has always been a priority for the company: in 2022 alone, more than 50,000 hours of training and orientation courses were provided to more than 1,600 people in Coca-Cola HBC Italia.
The new supplementary agreement is part of Coca-Cola HBC Italia's broader corporate welfare plan which provides for up to 12 days a month of remote work , Smart Working etiquette to guide colleagues on the correct management and organization of work, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), where colleagues and their family members can receive help with personal and work issues and training dedicated to managers to provide them with the skills necessary to monitor and safeguard the psychophysical well-being of the team.
