Digital Code of Ethics

The Code describes the standards and behaviors we expect from those who work for or partner with Coca-Cola HBC in the digital space and the standards and behaviors you can expect from us, including compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Governance

  • Promote equal opportunities.
  • Don't make distinctions based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, etc.
  • Safeguard the company's confidential information.
  • Always act in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Respect the privacy of all colleagues, business partners and consumers.
  • Always maintain an impartial relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • Never engage in corrupt activities.
  • Don't look for unfair competitive advantages.

Data privacy

  • Comply with GDPR and other applicable data privacy regulations.
  • Protect your information and treat it in a manner that is fair, lawful, and compatible with the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Disclose information only in accordance with company procedures.
  • Limit the collection of personal data to only what is necessary and do not keep it longer than necessary.

Information Security

  • Protect corporate information assets from threats and events that can compromise confidentiality, availability, and integrity.
  • Always comply with the principles, rules, and requirements of our Information Protection Policy (IPP).
  • All employees and third parties must use the company's information assets securely, reducing the risk of loss, misuse or corruption, in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Social interactions

  • Transparency in every social media activity.
  • Protection of privacy in accordance with applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Respect for copyrights, trademarks, image rights and other rights of third parties.
  • Respect for diversity.
  • To be Coca-Cola HBC ambassadors, demonstrating pride in our company, the Coca-Cola System and our brands.
  • Do not disclose sensitive or confidential information on social media.
  • Never speak on behalf of the company unless you are authorized to do so.
  • Take responsibility for your online actions and the content you post.
