Training and development

Investing in skills means preparing our people for market challenges and business evolution.

This journey is supported by professional and personal growth programs, such as the Fast Forward Program, Internal Coaching, Internal Mentoring, and Academies dedicated to different corporate business units. In 2025, more than 1,000 commercial profiles were trained through the Sales Academy, and 406 people completed the Supply Chain Academy program.


Well-being and engagement

In 2025, we involved our employees in the Engagement Survey, which was later explored in depth through focus groups and listening sessions to define actions on energy, work-life balance, process simplification, and clarity of priorities.

We care for our people through a corporate welfare system that includes 12 days of agile working (smart working) per month, single-clocking (simplified time tracking), health coverage, and the Employee Assistance Program: a free, anonymous service available 24/7, which is also extended to family members.


Inclusion, equal opportunities, and safety

We want every person to feel valued and able to express their true, authentic self. In 2025, we dedicated over 4,000 hours to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and continued the roll-out of the Inclusive Language Manifesto “Con le parole giuste” (With the Right Words), created by listening to more than 200 colleagues across 8 focus groups.

Protecting our people also means ensuring their safety. We continue to reinforce training, prevention, behavioral observation, and improvement actions, guided by the "Zero is possible" principle: building safer work environments, every single day.
