Coca-Cola HBC joins the 67 Columns project for the Arena di Verona

An important Fundraising project, as part of the Art Bonus #iosonolarena campaign, to support one of the icons of Italianness in the world.

Verona, 13 May 2021 - Coca-Cola HBC Italia, the leading producer and distributor of The Coca-Cola Company brand beverages in the country, adheres to "67 Columns for the Arena", the fundraising project to support the Arena Foundation and its central role in the history, culture and economy of the city of Verona and beyond. The company, present in Veneto with its plant in Nogara, in the province of Verona, thus joins the embrace of individuals and companies, united by the love for the Arena,  in enhancing one of the icons of Italianness in the world.

Coca-Cola HBC Italia has been operating in Veneto since 1975 through its plant in Nogara, in the province of Verona. The site is Coca-Cola's largest in Italy, the first in Europe in terms of production capacity, and today over 700 million liters of soft drinks are produced there a year, equal to more than a billion cans, bottles and bag-in-boxes. A plant that since its inception has seen expansions and modernizations for over 250 million euros, becoming a flagship of the entire Coca-Cola system at national and international level, and that every day, thanks to almost 500 direct employees, creates jobs for over 2,000 people, generating an induced for the local economy from which they benefit, directly or indirectly, more than 5,000 families.
