Our Health & Wellness Policy
Our health and wellness policy is described below. It is managed and approved by the Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors. Responsibility for the successful implementation of this program rests with every Coca-Cola HBC employee at all levels and in all functions of the organization.
Coca-Cola HBC cares about the health of its consumers. The company offers an increasingly wide range of beverages, from traditional sparkling beverages, including regular, low-calorie, and non-caloric beverages, to juices, waters, and other non-carbonated beverages. All of these can be consumed as part of a balanced diet.
Our range of beverages is suitable for a variety of drinking occasions, from morning to evening. In addition, the company supports activities that promote fitness and exercise.

Information for consumers
Coca-Cola HBC is committed to communicating responsibly about its products and promoting clear and intuitive nutrition labeling on the front of packages, along with nutrition programs and supporting materials, to help consumers make informed choices.
The company uses labels on the back of packages to provide detailed information on calories, sugars, fats, saturated fats, and salt content per serving, along with the proportion of a balanced diet. This allows consumers to make informed decisions about weight control. Additional information is available in company publications, on the website and through consumer response services.
Responsible sales and marketing
Coca-Cola HBC adheres to The Coca-Cola Company's Global Responsible Marketing Policy and is a signatory to the advertising and marketing practices of the European Non-Alcoholic Beverages Association (UNESDA). We are committed to not marketing any of our products to children under the age of 13, regardless of nutritional profile.
Comprehensive Lifestyle Programs
Coca-Cola HBC is a founding signatory to the UNESDA Commitments, a set of voluntary industry obligations that address consumer information and education, healthy lifestyles, physical activity, advertising, beverage choice and research in the European Union. These commitments support the European Union (EU) Platform for Action on Diet, Physical Activity and Health, the leading multi-stakeholder partnership to combat obesity, and apply to all business operations in the EU.
Coca-Cola HBC develops, participates in, and financially supports a wide range of sporting events and other physical activities to promote overall fitness and, in particular, encourage people to manage their body weight and prevent obesity. The company works with government agencies, sports and nutrition experts, and members of the industry to coordinate exercise initiatives and nutrition education programs.
We encourage our employees to stay fit and healthy by providing them with advice and information on nutrition, health and wellness, as well as offering gym facilities at different locations.
