"For years we have been trying to provide young people with useful content consistent with our role in the Community: with the #YouthEmpowered project we have involved over 70,000 young people in workshops and training courses that bring them closer to the job market" comments Giangiacomo Pierini, Director of Institutional Relations and Communication of Coca-Cola HBC Italia "Now, with Upcycle in digital we offer young people a stimulating in-depth study on a central issue such as sustainability, on which we are already committed at an industrial level but to which everyone can contribute: in this period of forced distance learning, it seems useful to us to offer one more opportunity to teachers and students, with the precious support of CivicaMente and the contribution of the consortia".
The Upcycle project is available on the educazionedigitale.it platform and allows an immersive learning experience in 10 virtual environments, with 100 content focuses to explore sustainability issues in an innovative way by addressing the issues of the circular economy, good practices related to separate waste collection and paying specific attention to plastic, glass and aluminum.
