At the end of 2018, 92% of key positions in the company were held by talented people, compared to 96% at the end of 2017 and 93% at the end of 2016.
In 2018, Coca‑Cola HBC Italia obtained the Top Employers Italia certification for the third consecutive year and in 2018, as part of the Diversity Brand Summit, Coca‑Cola was awarded for its commitment to promoting Diversity & Inclusion and for its ability to speak to each person.
Coca‑Cola HBC Italia supports programs, associations and initiatives aimed at promoting inclusion, diversity and equal opportunities, in the belief that business success is closely linked to the diversity of employees, partners and the communities in which the Group operates. Since 2017, the company has been a member of Parks - Liberi e Uguali, a non-profit making organization association created with the aim of helping partner companies to understand and attain maximum business opportunities deriving from the development of strategies and good practices that respect diversity.
Together with The Coca‑Cola Company, the Company actively support Valore-D, the first association promoting diversity, talent and female leadership with inclusive organizational models by leveraging its know-how and companies’ best practices, academic studies and research results.
