Every year we conduct a survey called MyVoice to find out what our employees think about being part of our company.
We share results of the survey with our employees in the most transparent way possible. In addition to using internal communication tools (intranet, newsletters, Coke TV, message boards and an online platform for the sales force), we periodically organise meetings with top management at our premises, as well as informal monthly meetings with the Chief Executive Officer for people working at headquarters.
