After completing my bachelor's degree in Economics, I had the opportunity to work for Coca‑Cola HBC Italia as a Market Developer for Modern Trade. Over the years I was promoted many times: I became National Account Manager, then Channel Modern Trade and Channel Manager and finally, as my passion for my job increased, the company promoted me to Trade Marketing Manager for the Out-of-Home channel. I got a university degree with a dissertation on EU regulations on food labelling, then I took a Master degree in Food Management. Working for Coca‑Cola has always been my dream: in 2014 I started an internship for another company, but from my first working day I kept a can of Coca‑Cola on my desk to remind me. Challenge, passion and competences are three key elements you must have to work successfully in Coca‑Cola HBC Italia. Since I've started to work in 2015 as Market Developer I had the chance to deepen my knowledge in the Modern Trade channel, before being promoted to Local Key Account. Being a Local Key Account means to have a direct impact on volumes and company's revenue, to learn how to negotiate in harder contexts and to deal with prominent stakeholders. I took quite an unusual course of studies, because after my university degree in Philosophy, I studied Marketing and Corporate Communication, so I can combine the economical approach, which is essential in my job, with a more creative attitude that comes from my philosophy studies.
